Justin Bieber in Manila 2011
I used to hear this song a lot since December 2010.."baby, baby, baby ohhh"
I didn't know who the singer was until I heard my 5 year old son, singing the chorus. Then later I found out that the singer is Justin Bieber. And he's coming here in Manila to have a 1 night concert at the SM mall of Asia concert grounds.
I like his songs...and he's a cute kid! Too bad my daughter is not a fan of him, so I won't have any reason to buy concert tickets.

Living in Denial
Since my husband's death almost a month ago. I did a lot of things that I thought would heal my heart fast. I moved to my home country in 2 weeks time and started putting the kids back to school. I went to church to ease my burden, but I didn't feel like it was the right time to talk to Him. You would see me laugh, but as soon as I stopped laughing, I would feel really sad right away.
For 6 years that my husband and I has been together, we never had dull moments. We liked being together and doing things together all the time. Our friends can prove how we love each other. And now that he's gone, I am still in denial. Tears want to run down my eyes but I try not to cry anymore. And it hurts!!! It hurts not to cry. I'd still tell myself that this is a dream....a very bad dream!

It's almost been a year....
Last year, my family flew from Kuwait to Philippines to have 6-weeks vacation. My mom, brother and aunt from Reno, Nevada went to the Philippines at the same time, so that we can have a reunion with my brother and cousins who still lives there. At the end of our vacation, my sister-in-law invited us to her parents' house in Laguna. Here, I was able to take some pictures that will keep reminding me of why I love the Philippines.

Me and Spidey

I just want to share my photo, taken last year when my hubby and I attended the Toy Conference at Megamall, in the Philippines. I really enjoyed the event, bought some knick-knacks and toys for my collection. If I've known about the event earlier, I could've prepared and joined the cosplay. I love dressing up!!!

Nuclear Chicken Wings
My family and I went to Ortigas Home Depot to eat dinner at Buffalo Wings & Things. They have signature sauces for their buffalo wings. From Rookie, which is the least spicy hot to Nuclear, which is, I may say "WHOA"!!!
Guess what I ordered???
NUCLEAR!
My brother couldn't believe I was able to eat my Nuclear Buffalo Wings. My secret??? I drank a bottle of Corona beer before I ordered. I am not a beer drinker so I guess I was a little bit out of my mind when I ordered the Nuclear. LOL!
